A deposit fee of 50% + Admin fee of R80 (not refundable) + Service fee of R90 per week, or part thereof, will be required to confirm a booking.
Cancellations: Accommodation must be re-let for the same period of time to refund, less R80 admin fee.
The balance is payable on arrival.
Tenants will be held responsible for shortages due to theft, breakages, etc.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The maximum number of Persons (children included) allowed may not exceed the number of beds.
The apartment is fully equipped with 2 televisions, cutlery, crockery, a refrigerator and a stove, as well as one pillow per person, sheet, blanket or duvet per bed. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. PLEASE BRING BATH AND BEACH TOWELS, AS WELL AS KITCHEN DRYING CLOTHES, YOUR OWN TOILETRIES (i.e. soap and toilet paper) AND SOME SPARE CLOTHES HANGERS. Sheets or pillowcases are provided unless otherwise stipulated.

Before departure, please make sure that the house / apartment is locked and that all patio furniture and braais are brought indoors. Please leave accommodation in the same condition as it was on arrival.

Faulty TV sets and electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as possible, but no reduction in rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control.
Parsons Holiday Letting reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation similar to that booked should, for any reason, the original house / apartment no longer be available.
Arrival time is 12h00. Departure time is strictly 08h00, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
No persons under the age of 21 years of age are allowed in the apartment unsupervised.
